Porch Screens The old screens were torn and needed replacing. Typically, screens are installed with a "track and spline" system, which wasn’t the case here. In each section, the screen was stapled and sandwiched between wooden moldings, half of which needed to be carefully removed before the screens could be replaced. Once the many preexisting staples were either removed or flattened, the new screens were stapled down and the moldings replaced. |
